Free shipping only applies to Australian deliveries.

When different delivery options are available, such as Express or International Postage, the options and the pricing will be made available to you at the time of purchase.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification to the email address you have provided advising the progress of your order.

The Online Sex Place uses Australia Post and various couriers to give you the fastest, cheapest and most reliable delivery. Who we choose to send you parcel with depends on your location, the size and weight of your parcel, and the current pricing schedules of the various delivery suppliers.

We also post internationally, so if shipping options are not displaying in  your cart, please contact us for a quote.

Whenever possible we will send you a tracking number.

Products are sealed for hygiene and packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged during delivery, and also to make sure no one involved in the delivery can tell what is in the package. Packaging is very discreet, plain white satchels or plain cardboard boxes, depending on the size of the item/s. There are no company logos, company details, website or product details on the packaging. Your discretion is our priority.

Healthy And Safety

Please ensure you choose your sex toy carefully. Due to the personal nature of adult toy products, no refunds or exchanges will be provided if you change your mind, even if you believe you have not used the product in any personal way. This is due to health and safety regulations, and is enforced in order to prevent the spread of possible STD’s.

Faulty Products

If your adult toy is faulty, please contact us at The Online Sex Place within 5 days of delivery. Contacting us after 5 days may void your claim. We will require a photo or video evidence of the fault. If this is not possible, we may require the faulty product to be returned. If we find it is faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund. 

The Online Sex Place will not exchange or refund any sex toy due to a change of mind, or if the fault was caused by inappropriate use or negligence by the customer.

Please be sure to purchase NEW batteries as this is often the cause of the problem in most cases. Always check you have inserted the batteries correctly, as this is another main cause of sex products not working.
