No refunds or exchanges will be provided if you change your mind,even if you believe you have not used the product in any personal way. As with all products of a personal nature, if irritation occurs, please discontinue use and consult a doctor if pain persists. Faulty Products
In the event that your adult toy is faulty, please notify The Online Sex Place within 5 days of delivery. Advising The Online Sex Place after 5 days may void your claim. We will ask for a photo or video evidence of the fault. If this is not possible, we may require the product to be returned. If it is found to be faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund.
The Online Sex Place will not exchange or refund any sex toy due to a change of mind, or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use by the customer.
Please be sure to purchase NEW batteries as this is generally the cause of the problem in most cases. Always check you have inserted the batteries properly, as this is also a common cause of sex products not working. The problem can be easily resolved by simply inserting new batteries correctly into the adult toy.
Warranty Exceptions
Certain manufacturers offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty and is found faulty within its warranty terms, then The Online Sex Place will gladly handle your warranty claim on your behalf. If this product is or becomes faulty please notify The Online Sex Place within 5 days to be advised of the manufacturer faulty product return process.
Advising us after 5 days of the fault may void your claim. The Online Sex Place will not be held responsible for postage of products being returned to us. However, in the case of items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department, then the cost of the return postage of a replacement item to the customer will be at our expense.

All of our sex products are battery tested and hosiery and packaging of consumables are quality inspected and fully sealed.
